You’ve probably got a million things on your plate so spending some time today planning your meals will be a real sanity saver for you. Don’t make life more complicated than you need too!

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Honey Mustard Bacon Chicken served with broccoli
Tuesday: Dijon Rosemary Pork Chops served with tossed salad
Wednesday: Paleo Shepherd’s Pie (we’ve made this before, it’s so good!)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza Crust
Saturday: Sausage, Kale & Potato Soup
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
