Menu Plan Monday ~ October 7/19 Thanksgiving Edition

Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!

Menu Plan Monday for the week of October 7/19 ~ helping you get dinner on the table with less stress and chaos at I'm an Organizing Junke blog

Hi friends! We are celebrating Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend. Well the actual day is on Monday, October 14th but we always have our holiday meal on the Sunday night before. I sure like having our Thanksgiving in October because it gives us a nice separation from all the Christmas festivities. I think it’s going to be a nice relaxing weekend, my favorite kind! I’m really looking forward to spending time with my family and eating Paleo brownies, yum. I’ve linked the recipe below for you.

Kitchen Organization Products:

Also just in case you missed it, last week I shared my 7 favorite kitchen organization products all in one post for easy reference. These products will double your storage space and most of them can be purchased from your local dollar store too, sweet!

Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.

My Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday: Creamy Broccoli Soup with Bacon and Biscuits

Tuesday: Paleo Mongolian Chicken served with sauteed veggies

Wednesday: Paleo Shepherd’s Pie

Thursday: Leftover buffet

Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Pizza Zucchini Noodles

Saturday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)

Sunday: Thanksgiving Dinner: Lemon & Herb Roasted Chicken, Light & Fluffy Dairy-Free Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus and for dessert Perfect Paleo Brownies

Have a wonderful week everyone!!
