Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends, happy Monday to you! I hope you all had a terrific weekend. We had a great potluck at church yesterday. I brought the Easy Tomato Soup with Bacon that I’d mentioned on my menu plan last week. It was my first time making this recipe and I was happy with how it turned out. I mean it has bacon, what’s not to like? 🙂 I doubled the recipe so it filled my slow cooker up. It’s a delicious fall allergy-friendly soup perfect for a potluck.
