Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! Happy fall y’all! I hope you all are enjoying the long weekend. My youngest and I enjoyed a very quiet weekend together. My husband drove the big kids back to their schools. We opted to stay home because the drives were long and they had so much stuff there really wasn’t room for us in the truck anyway. I hated not getting to help them set up and get their places organized. But I think they’ll do just fine on their own.
We’ve been busy eating up what’s in our fridge and clearing it out pretty good. In fact it’s looking a little empty today as you can see. I always get groceries on Monday mornings except on long weekends when I wait and go on Tuesday. Now you know why we’ll be having bacon and eggs for supper tonight. Easy, delicious and available, ha! Oh and if you wonder what I line my fridge shelves with, those are just placements.
So I’ll keep this short and sweet but wish you a lovely relaxing day. Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Country Potatoes, Bacon and Eggs
Tuesday: Paleo Asian Chicken Cabbage Salad
Wednesday: Low Carb Chili
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me making Homemade Paleo Garlic Naan to make pizza
Saturday: Sheet Pan Pork Tenderloin with Squash
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
