Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! I hope you all had a great weekend. We spent the weekend away apartment hunting with my son for the new school year. We were successful but not without a lot of stress first. Wow what a job that was. He’ll move in at the beginning of September and my daughter will be leaving soon as well to attend school in a different province. House is sure going to be quiet with just one at home again.
Do You Like to Party?
I’ve got another FREE resource to tell you about today. With kids going back to school dinner is about to get hectic again. One way to avoid that is to fill your freezer with freezer meals that you can easily grab when you are short on time. To teach you how to do this, Erin Chase from MyFreezEasy is hosting a Dinner Made Easy PARTY. You’ll get a free freezer meal plan with the coordinating grocery list and step by step instructions. Plus she’ll interact with you via email and Facebook to help you get it done. All you have to do is RSVP HERE and you’ll be in. Every little bit helps when it comes to saving your sanity this school year. Am I right?
Here’s what we’ll be eating for dinner this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Crispy Baked Chicken Thighs served with rice and broccoli
Tuesday: Whole 30 Taco Salad served with Quick Homemade Salsa
Wednesday: Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry (with a few substitutions)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me One Pan Salmon and Veggie Bake
Saturday: 30 Minute Grilled Peach Steak Salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
