Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! Happy new week to you. Today my hubby and I are celebrating 24 years of marriage (plus we were together 7 years before we even got married!). We were married on the beautiful Hawaiian island of Maui and it was just magical. Gosh I love that place. This is one of my favorite pictures from that day. I’m really hoping we get back to Hawaii some time this year or next year for our 25th for sure.
So I’ve got another great recipe to share with you this week. Even though it’s not a dinner recipe, I still wanted to share it with you because it was just so delicious. Now I’m not normally a muffin fan. I usually find them too dry for me. Although let’s be honest it’s probably my abilities and not the actual recipe. You all know how many mishaps I’ve had when it comes to baking. That’s why I’m happy to say that this recipe turned out despite my lack of skills. The recipe is called The Best Paleo Banana Nut Muffins. Of course when I saw the name I was a bit skeptical because really that’s a pretty big claim to be making. But they were soooooo good and they were just as good the next day too which is really saying something. Especially for Paleo.

Saturday: Cajun Asparagus and Sausage Skillet
