Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my menu plan this week. I hope you find my menu plan gives you some ideas for your own meals this week. The recipes I use are typically Paleo but don’t let that scare you. The majority of the recipes I use are not only healthy but quick and easy to make as well. I’m not a fan of cooking in the kitchen (unless I have helpers to talk to) so I like to get in and out of the kitchen fast. Healthy cooking does not have to mean long tedious hours in the kitchen. Ain’t nobody got time for that. At least I don’t!

This weekend is actually a long one for us Canadians as we celebrate Family Day with a day off today. So we are going to relax and hang out together and maybe watch a movie or two. Today’s post will be short and sweet as a result, I hope you all understand. If you are also in Canada how are you enjoying Family Day today?
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Chicken Pot Pie Soup
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef (subbing with coconut sugar and coconut aminos) served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Rosemary Honey Mustard Chicken served with Crispy Oven Fried Garlic Mushrooms
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Pepperoni Pizza Egg Cups
Saturday: Smashed Aloha Burgers with Chipotle Aioli
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!
