Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi there friends! I had all sorts of plans for the weekend that had to be put on hold because I wasn’t feeling well. Not a great way to start the holiday season. We did manage to go out and chop down a Christmas tree though so it wasn’t a total loss. I love getting a real tree every year although I’m not a huge fan of decorating it. It never really looks how I envision it should 🙂
Creating a menu plan while sick was a little painful. All the recipe pictures were making me nauseous. That’s never good! But I pushed through and got it done which I’m sure I’ll be happy about later. So please forgive me for keeping this post short this week. Thank you for being here and I hope everyone is healthy in your family.

Here’s what we’ll (hopefully) eating this week in my house.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Paleo Spaghetti Meat Sauce over spaghetti squash
Tuesday: Cranberry Rosemary One Pan Chicken served with rice and asparagus
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Roast Beef, Potatoes and Carrots
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo French Toast
Saturday: Everything But The Bagel Chicken Wings
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
