Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hello my menu planning friends! I’ve been busy updating my Pinterest recipe boards. So if you haven’t had a chance to check them out yet, just click on the images below.
There is one for Quick and Easy Recipes, one for Slow Cooker Recipes and another one for Paleo Recipes. Also be sure to click on “Follow” while over there so you’ll be able to see each new recipe I add. And if you want to follow all my boards click HERE for my main Pinterest page. Menu planning is so much easier when you pick easy recipes that don’t take a lot of time to make.
This week one of my recipes is coming from this Paleo cookbook magazine I picked up at Save-On Foods. It’s really good! Does anyone else like buying cookbook magazines? I use to buy the Taste of Home ones all the time and I miss them. Such awesome recipes. They need to come out with a Paleo version! 🙂
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Chicken Caesar Salads (with this chicken recipe and this Paleo dressing)
Tuesday: Easy Paleo Slow Cooker Roast with Potatoes and Carrots
Wednesday: Quick and Easy Taco Salad with Quick Homemade Blender Salsa
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza Crust
Saturday: Sticky Sweet and Sour Chicken Thighs (from cookbook above) served with rice and broccoli
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

I grew up on recipes from Taste of Home magazine! 🙂 My mom has always loved trying new recipes, and some of our favorite dishes from her kitchen came out of Taste of Home.
