Welcome to Menu Plan Monday!
Hi friends! It’s so good to be back, I’ve missed you all! Five weeks is the longest I’ve ever gone without menu planning in the past 12 years. I wasn’t away on holiday the whole time though so the weeks I was home I kind of just winged it. Ya that didn’t work so well. It was a great reminder to me that I am just lost without a menu plan and I absolutely need it in my life!
Our most recent vacation was a lovely week and a half at a beautiful cottage in Ontario with my side of the family and this is pretty much where I sat the entire time. On the dock just enjoying the hot weather and sunshine. It just couldn’t have been any better.
We also went to Niagara Falls which is pretty stunning to see. I’ve been there before but my husband and youngest son hadn’t.
So now vacation is over but thankfully summer isn’t. Here in Canada the kids don’t go back to school until the beginning of September. How about your kiddos?

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Dairy-free Spaghetti Squash Bacon Alfredo
Tuesday: Chili Lime Paleo Pork Ribs served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Paleo Spanish Chicken with potatoes and carrots
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Lemon Garlic Herb-Crusted Baked Salmon
Saturday: Grilled Peach Steak Salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
