Hi friends, hope you are all happy and well and ready to menu plan! How many of you have kids going back to school already? My kids don’t go back until September so we still have a little bit of time yet but the weather lately has been feeling like fall already, brrr. Hopefully we still have some warm weather ahead of us.

Yesterday I was craving some chocolate (as one does) and found this yummy recipe for Paleo Chocolate Brownie Skillet Cake from one of the awesome Paleo blogs I follow. It was super quick to whip up so in no time I was feeling so much better :) Anyone relate? This recipe isn’t very sweet so if you’d prefer it a little sweeter while still keeping it healthy, add some thawed unsweetened frozen berries for extra deliciousness.
Speaking of Paleo I wanted to share about this great Paleo magazine I bought at our local drug store (I’ve also seen it at Walmart). This latest issue has so many fantastic recipes that I can’t wait to try out. The only problem with it for me is that they feature so many great Paleo products that I can’t buy because they are only available in the US right now. So jealous! :) Doesn’t that tomato soup look so delicious?

Wednesday: Paleo Sloppy Joe Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Coastal Cobb Salad
Saturday: Portobello Mushroom Bacon Burgers
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
