Hey there lovely ladies! Welcome back to another lovely summer time Menu Plan Monday. The countdown is on for me because by this time next week my youngest will be home and he’s bringing with him my sister and two young nieces for a visit. Yay, I can’t wait! I hate that my nieces live so far away and I haven’t seen them in a year. Can’t wait to spoil them :)
I’m sure we’ll be spending a lot of time on our backyard deck, playing cards, eating fresh fruits and slurping yummy popsicles. I make my own using this yummy organic sugar-free watermelon lemonade juice. It’s a nice refreshing treat on a hot day. Not sponsored or anything, I just really like it.

Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Basil Crusted Salmon
Saturday: Sausage & Potato Sheet Pan Dinner
Sunday: Dinner out –> My sister and nieces are here!
