Recipe Highlight:
Last week I had a Ladies Dinner Club night that I decided to make this Paleo Thai Shrimp Salad for. It has a few more ingredients than I usually like in a recipe but it was so worth it. Delicious! The almond butter dressing is what makes it!! This is definitely a great potluck dish and it makes a big batch.
Did any of you take my advice last week of printing off your recipes to help your kids in the kitchen? I’d love to get your feedback on how it worked out for you.
Here’s what my family will be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings with Green Smoothies
Tuesday: Paleo Slow Cooker Beef Stew
Wednesday: Enchilada Stuffed Sweet Potatoes
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Cauliflower Bacon Biscuits
Saturday: Sheet Pan Steak and Fries served with carrot sticks
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
