Hi friends! How are you all? Do you have your menu plan ready to go? How many of you have green smoothies on the menu? One of my favorite recipes from last week were the Paleo Taco Stuffed Zucchini Boats. They were really good and I was surprised because I’m not a huge fan of plain zucchini. But with the insides scooped out and stuffed with the taco meat, these boats were delicious. Sorry for the not so great phone picture, I was in a hurry to eat 🙂
I’ve had a not so nice three day headache so I’m going to keep this short and get right to what’s on our menu for this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Grain-Free Flatbread
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
