We had a glorious family day on Saturday going out to get our Christmas tree. I shared on my Instagram page that for the first time in a long time we didn’t have to cut our Christmas tree down in super cold weather. It was only -3C (26F) which meant I didn’t even have to pull the parka out!! So glad we went out when we did because the cold weather arrived the very next day. Yesterday it got to -27C (-16F) and it’s suppose to stick around all week. Brrr.

Do you do a real tree or an artificial one? I love a real tree but boy do I really dislike putting the lights on, it makes me crazy!

Monday: Classic Spinach Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing served with Paleo Cajun Onion Rings
Tuesday: Salt & Vinegar Chicken Wings served with spinach smoothies
Wednesday: Chipotle Pulled Pork Lettuce Wraps
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Easy Paleo Homestyle Meatloaf served with broccoli
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
