Hi friends! Happy menu plan day today 🙂 The day we get all organized for a fantastic week, whoot!
Gilmore Girls:
How many Gilmore Girl fans do we have in the house? Me! I am so excited about the revival coming up in just 11 days, it’s almost here. My girlfriends and I are planning a two night party and so now it’s all about coming up with some delicious GG foods to bring with me. Paleo style of course 🙂 Anyone else doing a big party? What foods will you be making?
Seasonal Meal Planning Folder:
I wanted to highlight Rachel’s contributor post last week, Seasonal Meal Planning Folder, in case you missed it. She shows you how to create four recipe folders along with coordinating monthly meal plans, one for each season, to make getting dinner on the table each night even easier. You can find all the details on how to do it right HERE. I think you’ll find it really helpful.
Thank you so much for being here. Have a super week ya’ll.
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Baked Herb & Garlic Chicken Drumsticks served with broccoli

Wednesday: Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pot Roast
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza Crust
Saturday: Roasted Butternut Squash and Bacon Soup

I am *so* excited about “Gilmore Girls.” I don’t have a GG-themed meal planned, but I did buy “Eat Like a Gilmore” so I ought to get cracking on that.
