Hello beautiful people! It’s menu plan day, are you ready? Do you have a plan for what you’re going to eat this week? If you don’t, why not? I’m really curious about that. If you don’t have a menu plan, how do you know what to buy when you go grocery shopping? Inquiring minds want to know :)
So yesterday we had potluck at church and I decided to bring a Meat Paleo Veggie Chili recipe and it was absolutely delicious. I came home with an empty slow cooker so that should tell you something. Hey and look I took a picture, not a great picture, but a picture nonetheless (and just for the record that may be only the second time I’ve used the word nonetheless in a blog post).
I am a huge fan of potlucks and because of that I am the one in charge of running potlucks at my church. I love them so much my church family officially dubbed me the Potluck Princess complete with my very own monogrammed Potluck Princess apron! How fun is that!

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings served with raw veggies
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner: Gluten-Free Paleo Waffles served with green spinach smoothies
Wednesday: Lettuce Wrap Tacos
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Slow Cooker Garlic Bacon Pot Roast served with asparagus
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
