Hi everyone! Happy summer Menu Plan Monday to you. Don’t you just love summer? I sure do! I love having my kids home and hanging out together. My youngest son (10) and I have been going out on a long bike ride every morning which is a great way to get the day going before I settle in to get some blog stuff done.
I wanted to let you know that there will be no Menu Plan Monday for the next two weeks. It’s quieter in terms of participation in the summer so I thought it would be a good time to take a little break. So there will be no MPM on July 18 and 25th but I’ll be back here sharing my menu as usual on August 1st. Hope you’ll come back and join me then!
Speaking of summer, I’ve been bookmarking some S’mores recipes lately to make for my family and thought you might like to enjoy them too!
Organize a Kids’ Drawer:
Rachel was on the blog this past weekend sharing how she organized a kids’ drawer to make it easier for her daughter to help in the kitchen. I use to do this too, such a great idea! Check it out HERE.

Monday: Salmon & Summer Veggies in Foil
Tuesday: Garlic Rosemary Pork Tenderloin with baked potatoes and grilled veggies
Wednesday: Grilled Pineapple Chicken served with broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Breakfast for Dinner: Cinnamon Swirl Paleo Pancakes
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
