Hi friends, I’m so excited I can hardly stand it. You see I absolutely love birthdays and mine is tomorrow! Everyone always told me that as I got older my love for celebrating my birthday would wane. Tomorrow I turn 43 and I haven’t not liked a birthday yet. Age is just a number and thanks to some positive changes I’ve been making to my diet and exercise routine I feel great! I’ve got a fun day planned tomorrow which I’ll be sharing on Instagram if you want to follow along with me.
Most definitely this week’s recipe favorite was the Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce. Yum, yum, yum! It was fast too because I just cooked the spaghetti squash in the microwave which took about 16 minutes. Here is the microwave instructions I used.
