Friday Favorites: Road Trip with Kids, Printable Chore Charts, Spring Cleaning Checklist + more!

Mini Organizing Challenge:
So this week in addition to my favorites I thought I’d issue a wee bit of a challenge for the weekend as well. I want to see some organizing getting done. So how about everyone at some point this weekend dump a drawer and get it organized. Whoot, so much fun! 🙂 Drawers are super easy and can be done in front of the TV (pull it right out and take it with you!) which is always my favorite kind of organizing 🙂 Make sure to use some drawer dividers like tea boxes and tissue boxes (simply cut the tops off) or some inexpensive organizers from the dollar store. There is no reason a junk drawer can’t be organized I say! Then come share your before and after picture with me on our Facebook page or on Instagram (tag @orgjunkie so I can see it). So do you see what’s going to happen here? You get an organized drawer and I get an organizing fix. Yep that’s how we do it! 🙂

My Weekly Favorites:
I have a problem with earphones staying in my ears when I work out. Plus they usually always hurt after a short time of wearing them. Then I found these Yurbuds at the Running Room store here in Canada (also available and less expensive on Amazon) and I just absolutely fell in love with them. They really do stay put and they don’t hurt my ears. Designed by a woman, these earbuds fit with a patent-pending twist lock technology that’s just brilliant. They are also sweat and water resistant.

Thank you for including my craft room as one of you favorites this week!
Wow you were quick Melissa, I just hit publish 🙂 Have a great weekend!
It’s my super power 🙂

Thanks for featuring my laundry room makeover!!!
I am also impatient for spring to come so I reorganized my two sons’ clothes this weekend to clean out the things they have outgrown. I have cleaner closets and drawers and a big bag for donation. Come on spring!
