Welcome to Day #16 in the 31 Days to Organized Closet series.  I know I have been concentrating a lot on bedroom closets but that seems to be where people have the most problems with closet organization.  Today I’m talking about bras because they need to be stored somewhere and I have a great solution to tell you about.

Organizing Bras:

I have always preferred to hang my bras up rather than store them in a drawer.  I just like that they don’t get squished this way and can air out freely when necessary.  Previously I used Command hooks on the back of my closet door but when the back of the door was full of my bras it made it difficult to open the door all the way.  Plus the back of the door is prime real estate space and I wanted to use that space for other things.

  5. This!! This is the solution I’ve been looking for! I normally hang my bras on the doorknob on the back of the bedroom door. My husband has been gently asking if there might be a better solution. Thank you so much for posting this today!

    1. Haha I totally do the doorknob thing too. Once, my cat was walking thru the door and got caught in the strap of one and totally freaked out. It was hilarious, but I’ve been trying to figure out a better way since then LOL.

  16. I love this idea! I hate that my bras always get shoved into my tiny underwear drawer. I have so many I have to shove them down to close the drawer. And then I have to dig through them to find the one I’m looking for. No more digging, no more smooshed bras. I love it! I hope I win one!

  31. This is truly a genius idea — why didn’t I think of it? With LARGE bras for large breasts, hanging them in the closet takes up so much LESS space!

  82. I just saw this on pinterest and thought how much I would love to have one! Right now I don’t have a good place to store my bras because I don’t like them in a drawer either, but I haven’t come up with another solution.
