This giveaway is now closed. Congratulations to the winner #196 Crafty Hope!
Happy Halloween friends! So this week I’ve got no food pictures at all for you, how lame is that? Such a bad blogger, what’s a blog post without pictures?? It’s just not right, here let me make it up to you.
Hahahaha! Gosh I love that picture. Me and my alter ego go way back. Can’t wait to scare a bunch more kids wearing it again this year…muwahahahaha. Do you dress up along with your kids?
So if that beautiful picture wasn’t enough for you (and I can’t imagine why not) how about a giveaway instead?! Oh ya baby. Ziplist, a menu planning and grocery shopping resource, is back again this week to give away another $75.00 visa card to one lucky menu planner. How sweet is that!! All you have to do is be a menu planning ninja. Okay, okay, you don’t have to be a ninja, but you do have to plan a menu for the week. Post it on your blog and link up to the list below. I’ll choose a random winner from the linky list but you’ll need to link up by Friday, November 4th at 2:00 pm PST to be entered. No comment required. Whoot!
Alrighty, keeping this short and sweet, here’s what we’ll be eating this week:
Monday: California Chicken Wraps
Tuesday: Apple Maple Pork Tenderloin
Wednesday: Pepperoni Pasta Bake
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Have It Your Way Tacos
Saturday: Tortellini, Bean and Pesto Soup served with Bread Machine Garlic Bread
Simple Supper Sunday

Great costume! Today is my son’s 17th birthday, so that’s the focus. My younger kids will trick or treat, not that we need all that candy with the cake too!
Judi @ Frugal Frolic says
Love your costume! I’m dressing up as a crayon for work (I work at an Elementary school), should be fun 🙂 The teens dress up slightly for school, but will be going all out tonight. It’s not about the candy anymore, it’s all about the costumes!

I have not done menu planning in awhile, but I’m so glad you are still hosting this! I’m hoping to become a regular once again. 🙂

I’m so glad you’re going to try my family’s FAVE pork tenderloin recipe on Tuesday. I know you will love it! BTW, for the leftovers, I put the meat in a pot; covered it with chicken broth and cooked until tender…. shredded the meat; added corn starch and water to the broth to make gravy; and served it with rice and corn = GREAT 2nd night of dinner!
I LOVE ZipList. When I converted to WP a month ago, my Code Wiz suggested it and I LOVE it. I hope more and more bloggers will use it especially for the Recipe Box feature.
Have a wonderful start to your week!
