It sounds like you had a lovely break! Isn’t it wonderful catching up on your reading? I am such a book junkie. I have piles of stuff I am trying to slog through.
Love the meal planning idea, I do it too, but have yet to blog about it. I looked over my plan for this week and was tempted to do a post, then felt slightly embarrassed by the over-representation of chicken throughout the week. Boring! Will have to look through some of the other recipes posted here and see if I can get more creative next week.
