Organizing Round-Up ~ our 1st winner!
Everyone did a great job and I’m so proud of all you!! I had a chance to go around and visit each of you and love how many of you are working through the PROCESS steps and thinking outside of the box a little bit to create solutions that work for YOU! I’ve randomly selected a winner, from all the participants in February and March, to win a copy of Liz Franklin’s book, “How to Get Organized Without Resorting to Arson“.
The winner is: Becky at Boys Rule My Life. In her post Becky is looking for assistance picking out a new paint color for her kitchen, maybe you can help. Congratulations Becky!
We are moving on to our Master Bedrooms, who’s with me?

I think the sheer fact that I am totally ashamed at the thought of someone seeing my Master Bedroom is reason enough to be apart of it!
How crazy is it that I’ve already started on the kids room?? That should tell you how much work I have to do in there that I have to start two months in advance. My master, though, will definitely take a lot of work too. Let me get busy!
Congrats to Becky, yay!!!
I dunno… my Master Bedroom is still in good shape after the spring organizational challenge.. I’m gonna have to find something to tweak. 😉
When you say “Who’s with me?” You mean you are going to hold my hand and walk me through the process, right?
I am all in for the master bedroom organizing.
While my bedroom itself is really clean, I need a complete overhaul in the closet, because, you know, how else would I keep my room clean with out throwing stuff into the closet?
I’m with you, in fact I moved around my master bedroom yesterday to be something more convienant for me and are now working on going through junk and deciding what to keep
Oh my goodness…what to do , what to do. I think my bedroom closet is what needs the work…
…but it’s all on my husband’s side. And he’s not always so keen on the “so, are you sure you need to keep that shirt from 1982” questions…
I’ll see what I can do.
Congrats Becky! (I started the master bedroom yesterday. Hoping to get it done early to get back to my dining room.)
I’m in! I’ve already taken the before pictures. I’m hoping to do a lot in the month. I’ll be stopping by for support! 🙂
Thanks for hosting! Thanks for the book, too! Woo Hoo!!! 🙂
Hi Laura, just cleaned my MB this weekend. Yay! Having a yard sale this weekend so starting w/my walk in closet motivated me.
Congrats to Becky!
I’ve got some “tweaking” I could do in our bedroom, too. I’ll join in!
HAHA! My master bedroom is the official “junk drawer” of my house. We moved in to a new home in October and the Master Bedroom is where we put everything that has no home yet! Also, my craft room is temporarily in there until we finish the basement.
I’m in – I’ll get some pictures taken later today – we moved into this house a little over a year ago, and I still have not completely unpacked everything! My MB has absolutely nothing on the walls, so that will be one of my goals, along with cleaning and organizing.
My bedroom. It has started to have some things in there that just don’t belong from the kids! Luckily under the bed there is only one box which is gift wrap. Well, at least I think that’s what’s under there.
I’m in – help me please!!!
count me in!
I’m scared what I’ll find under the bed!! But I’m in!
My master bedroom is in major need of organizing. Being the mom of three little girls I seem to not only collect mine and my husband’s junk (that doesn’t need to be there anyway) I also manage to collect their items. I am looking for lots of help and maybe this will be encouragement enough to get it started. There is no telling what’s under my bed but it’s worth looking to get it organized.
Pick Me! I have already started and can’t wait to post my initial clean up, there’s more to do yet though, lol.
Blessings,
Tracy
Just wanted to pop in and let you know that I received the book – THANK YOU!
My husband saw the title and immediately said, “What if we WANT to resort to arson?” LOL!!!
Thanks again- I look forward to reading it!
