Menu Plan Monday – Feb 19th

I hope everyone had a nice weekend! I’m working on a brand new banner for Menu Plan Monday because change is good and well this one seems to have a little too much to do with baking for my taste…lol. Watch for that next week!
If you are new this week please feel free to grab the banner and jump right on it and if you aren’t too shy put “my first one” or “I’m new” in brackets after your name in Mr. Linky so we can be sure to give you a nice welcome!
I’ve got a couple of new recipes to try this week which I love. I love being surprised when I discover a new dish the whole family loves although it doesn’t always turn out that way….you win some, you lose some!
So here we go:
Monday: Meatball Hashbrown Bake (from T of H’s Casseroles Pg 24)
Tuesday: Slow cooked Chicken with Vegetables served over rice
Thursday: Chili Spaghetti
Friday: Leftovers for the family…it’s Girls Night out…we are going to stay over night in the next town in order to watch this on Saturday!
Have a wonderful week!
*Important – Please link to your individual MPM post instead of your home page. Here is how you link to an individual post if you’ve never done it before: right click on the time at the bottom of the post you want to link to, click “copy shortcut” and then paste it into Mr. Linky.
WHAT’S ON YOUR MENU THIS WEEK??

  9. You always have the best recipes! I’m going to try the coffee pot roast.

Thanks Laura! Have a great week. I think I put the link to my homepage, not my post (pre-coffee!) so I’ll try to change that right now.

  10. Looks great! Love chili spaghetti!! The slow cooked coffee pot roast looks yummy too. Have fun at the simulcast, I’ll be there too – I’m so excited!

  11. Thanks for getting me started doing this – for 2 weeks now I’ve followed my “planned” menu (almost) and I’ve managed to have 2 good weigh ins at Weight Watchers !!! I’m going to try your slow cooked pot roast as well!

  12. Looks like a good week, I just may have to do the chili spaghetti this week instead of regular chili, maybe the kids would be more open to it. Thanks for sharing the recipe! Have fun on your girls night!

  13. I’m back to some good old standbys this week. I tried a few new recipes the past few weeks and got my selections this week as requests.

  14. oops, I forgot to link to my actual Menu Plan. I will fix this next time.

Thanks for hosting. I love looking for new recipes that others have already tried

  15. Oh your menu sounds divine! And I’m so jealous you get to have a girls night and get to hear Beth Moore! I hope you have a great time! You have to tell us all about it when you get back! 🙂 I’ve put some of your old recipes in my rotation this week and can’t wait to try them! Lots of new recipes this week for me. Getting tired of the same stuff all the time! Have a blessed week!

  16. I’ve got coffee roast in my week too, but I think I’ll try your recipe out. Liquid smoke is exactly what it’s name says it is. It’s smoke that is ultra concentrated so that it becomes liquid. You but it in small bottles I think in the spice section.

  17. Hi laura,
When you need another fix drop by my blog I posted more pictures this morning.
    Hugs,
    Elizabeth
