Wow!

Congratulations!!!!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Organizational Challenge! The challenge is now closed at 15 participants. I am blown away and I’m sure everyone will agree that you are all an inspiration to many! It looks like we may even have some new “org junkies” out there. The purging that was going on just makes me giddy! I LOVED reading your summaries and especially about the “high” you experienced having completed your project. It is this “high” that keeps me looking for my next “fix” each and every day…….it is definitely addicting. You now know that you CAN do it and each time will be that much easier for you. I am so very proud of you! Over the next couple of days, myself and the two other judges will be carefully going through each entry to determine our winners and the winners will be announced on Sunday, December 10th.

For those of you that weren’t able to accomplish your goal, do NOT beat yourself up…please do not do that. No negative talk because that isn’t what this is about. Just know that even though it is too late to be entered into this challenge it isn’t too late for you to still achieve success. I know you can do it and I am here to support you. Whatever you do, don’t give up and please continue to let me know of your progress.

This was so much fun I definitely think we need to do it again in the new year!

Getting organized means freeing up time and money to spend on the things that really matter…..spirituality, emotional well being, physical health and loving relationships.

Have a great day and congratulations again to everyone!

  1. Yes, do it again! I have more projects! Like organizing my photos and my scrapbook (that has nothing in it!),…. oooohhh, the possibilities!! =)

  2. Thanks again for the challenge! It was so fun and definitely needs to be an semi-annual thing or something!

  3. Thanks so much for challenging us! Now that I’ve gotten started, I can’t stop, LOL! I’m already purging things at my parents’ house! Thanks so much for helping me to get my life on track!

  4. Even though I didn’t finish the task, I feel awesome that you inspired me to organize other places in my home!!
    Keep up the good work!

  5. I didn’t participate in this challenge, but I’ve been inspired. If/when you do another one, I plan to participate. I grew up as a packrat, but am really working on changing and getting organized. Some areas I’ve already conquered, but I have plenty more to work on! Thanks for a great site!

  6. I get such a kick out of how excited you get when something gets organized, Laura. Honestly, you could make a nice living out of this. I’ve only seen one before and after post, at Katrina’s place I think, but it was amazing.

Can’t wait to see who the judges pick.

  7. This was such a great idea Laura! Though I didn’t finish, I acheived a few small tasks and one big task (my pantry!) and feel good about those things. Congrats to everyone else!

  8. Love your quote! I’d think I’ll be better at participating next time! lol I have more projects to get done, so please, have another challenge.
Have a splendid day! I’m off to work on another project.

  9. It was fun and nice to have motivation!

I am now working on my cluttered kitchen counter and making a space for the tree.

I forgot to take before photos!

    What a mess!

Clutter just breeds more clutter if you leave it unattended!

    Thanks again!

(crossing my fingers to win place or show!)
