As promised here is my menu plan for this week. Please keep in mind that I like to keep things simple yet healthy if I can. Often my recipes come from the cooking magazines by Reiman Publications like Quick Cooking (QC), Light and Tasty (L&T), Simple and Delicious (S&D) and Taste of Home (TofH). Saturdays and Sundays I don’t usually plan in advance.

Wednesday Slow Cooked Italian Pork Chops (QC Sept/Oct 02 Pg 49) with rice and broccoli
Friday Slow Cooked Hearty Hash Brown Dinner (QC July/Aug 05 Pg 51)
Saturday Speedy Southwest Salad (QC July/Aug 02 Pg 27)
