Menu Plan for this week….
Okay so I wrote my last post about menu planning and then got to thinking that it might be a good idea to share with you my menu plan for this week. So here goes:
Monday: Burritos and salad
Tuesday: BBQ Pork Chop/Red Potato Supper in the slow cooker with carrots
Wednesday: Chicken Cacciatore in the slow cooker served over rice with frozen veggies
Thursday: Leftovers (I always schedule a leftover day because I purposely make more on the previous days)
Friday: Homemade pizza (dough done in the bread machine)
Saturday/Sunday: These days usually belong to my hubbie (he’s a great cook) and also allows for a little spontaneity
And there you have it….nothing fancy…..just simple and delicious and my favorite….EASY!
