About Me
Welcome to I’m an Organizing Junkie!! Or you may prefer to call me The Freak. Either way I’ll answer to both and I’m so glad you stopped by.
My real name is Laura and I’m addicted to organizing! No really I am and some kind of rehab may be in order. I’m especially addicted to containers of any shape or size! They are my friends and I am comforted by them (perhaps the freak part is making sense to you now!).
I’m a Christian work at home mom living in BC, Canada. I have three kids (girl 12, boys 9 and 3) who give me plenty of organizing material to work with each and every day.
What I love most about organizing is the “high” I get from it so I am always looking for my next “fix”. Crumbs on the floor wouldn’t bother me but a pile of papers on the table would drive me crazy!!
This blog is dedicated to my love of all things to do with organizing especially containers! Join me as I chronicle the life of an organizing junkie and attempt to get others “hooked” along with me. The more “junkies” out there the less freakish I seem! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Although if you ever get to the point where you are frolicking and playing with your baskets you’d better call me as we may need to check into basket rehab together :)
To read even more “freakish” facts about this organizing junkie visit a few of my favorite things post and my 100th post!
