Hi friends! The one thing that really gets me excited about Monday is that it’s my day to get organized for the week. I do my menu planning, I get groceries, I run errands, I map out the week in my planner, I coordinate everyone’s schedules, I put random stuff lying around away and on and on and on. I know this might sound crazy but I love doing this kind of stuff. Mondays are what I like to call my putter days and boy do I love to putter. My blog friend Marcia lives in South Africa and they call it pottering there and she loves doing it as much as I do. How about you, are you a putterer?
I hope you all had a beautiful sunny weekend. Happy Victoria Day to my fellow Canadians, hope you are enjoying your extra day off today 🙂
Menu Plan Monday Announcement:
Next weekend I am going away to a spa with some of my oldest girlfriends. In fact we’ve all been friends since elementary school which was a long long time ago! We haven’t all been together in 17 years so it is definitely due time. I am beyond myself with excitement about the whole thing. So because I’ll be away and because I know it’s a holiday in the US on the 29th, I am cancelling Menu Plan Monday for next week. I’ll still be writing up a menu plan (because I have no idea how to do life without one now) but I just won’t be sharing it here. Maybe I’ll share it over on Instagram, come hang out with me there 🙂
Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: BLT Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Tuesday: Spaghetti Meat Sauce over Spaghetti Squash
Wednesday: Garlic and Paprika Chicken served with tossed salad
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough
Saturday: Easy Clean Eating Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

I do the same puttering, but on Sunday, so I call it “Sunday prep.”
