Hi friends! A happy new year to you all. Are you ready to start the new year off with a menu plan? If you have a goal to get organized, save money, eat healthier or make better use of your time, a menu plan can help you with ALL of those things. That’s why I love it so much. I gain so much with just a small amount of pre-planning. If you haven’t tried it yet, I hope you will. If doing it for a whole week sounds intimidating, try just a couple of days at a time.
If you are new here, welcome. I post my weekly menu every Monday. I have eaten a Paleo diet for two years now as a means to manage my Rheumatoid Arthritis without medication. So many of the recipes I link to are gluten, grain, dairy and refined sugar-free. However, I also have a ton of other tried and true recipes, from before I switched to Paleo, that you can find HERE. And I have some Pinterest boards with a great collection of recipes to help you with your menu planning.

Monday: Taco Salad
Wednesday: Creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Soup
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Paleo Pizza (no cheese for me)
Saturday: Quick & Easy Chili
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
