Hi everyone! Welcome back to another day of setting ourselves up for an organized week. The best way to do that is with a menu plan! It’s also our first menu plan in June. June is my favorite month because it’s my birthday month, whoot! I just love birthdays and getting to celebrate another year on this earth. This year I’m planning my own big party, can’t wait! Any other June babies here? Do you ever plan your own party?
Does your kitchen pantry have wire shelves? Rachel wrote an awesome post this past weekend on how to organize wire shelves so things aren’t falling between the cracks. I love the way her pantry looks now, so pretty! Maybe a little project for you this week??
Don’t forget to check my Pinterest boards if you are stuck for recipe ideas.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Baked Herb and Garlic Chicken Drumsticks served with baked potatoes and grilled veggies
Tuesday: Clean Eating Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches served with spinach salad. I’ll be making the Paleo Sandwich Buns recipe found in this paleo cookbook (affiliate link)
Wednesday: Italian Meatballs served over spaghetti squash
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night! and for me Potato Avocado “Toast” with Poached Eggs
Saturday: Bunless Paleo Chicken BLT’s
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a wonderful week everyone!!

I love the wire shelving pantry makeover. It can definitely be a challenge to control the mess.
Have a great week!
