Hi everyone! You guys I am so excited and bummed at the exact same time. I’m excited because the Paleo Sandwich Bread I had on the menu last week turned out AMAZING! I wasn’t expecting much because you all know how recipes often don’t turn out for me and paleo baking just gets even trickier BUT this recipe not only turned out but tasted delicious as well. It’s gluten, grain, dairy and sugar free.
I was so happy you have no idea, I was jumping up and down and then of course had to start snapping pictures…ha! Unfortunately, the site I got the recipe off of has been down and now it isn’t accessible to share with you. Bummer! I did take a picture of the recipe though if you want to enlarge it to check out. The pan I used was a 9×5 and it wasn’t glass but it still turned out.
