Menu Plan Monday ~ April 11/16

Menu Plan Monday for the week of April 11/16 with recipe links and menu planning inspiration

Hi everyone! It’s another Monday and another menu plan. I’ve had a busy weekend of working on my taxes. We have until the end of April here in Canada to get them done so I really needed to get started and make some headway.  So today’s post will be short as I’m lacking sleep and well that’s never good. Does anyone else do their own taxes?

Here’s my advice to you for the week: Do a weekly menu plan, be less stressed. You’re welcome 🙂

    1. It’s awful but the worst of it is collecting all the information and I’d have to do that anyway even if I hired someone so I can’t get out of it 🙂

  1. I do my own taxes, but it always makes me a nervous wreck! We don’t even have anything complicated to report on, so I don’t know why I get worked up about it.

Definitely going to be checking out that Cilantro Lime Chicken.

  2. We do not do our own taxes. I guess we don’t trust our luck enough not to mess something up with all my medical bills and social security. But I am always in awe of people who do their own.

There is something magical about cilantro and lime that makes everything so much better. I can’t believe I used to despise cilantro. Now I can’t live without it!

  3. Nope, we’d never do our own taxes. We’re a farm and it’s just not straight forward. There are so many different ways to report things. Our accountant is always learning about new rules and such. Better him than me. He’s also our next door neighbour (and Colin’s childhood friend). We always tell him to do what he thinks is best but to remember that he’s coming to jail with us 🙂

  4. I do our taxes myself, but every year I freak out about it and say that the next year I’m just going to hire someone to do them. LOL

  5. We have been using an accountant for years. We were audited once and it was so nice to be able to have the tax professional handle it. Took the stress off us.
