Hi friends, I hope you are doing well and happy and ready to do some menu planning. I was apparently feeling like some comfort food when I planned my menu this week as you’ll see. Hopefully it all hits the spot!
This recipe wasn’t on my menu plan last week but last night for YOYO night I was feeling like a little breakfast for dinner. I may have told you this before but this Paleo Pancakes recipe is one of my favorites especially served with thawed frozen blueberries and pure maple syrup, yum! And look I remembered to take a picture!

My Weekly Menu Plan:
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Ribs served with rice and broccoli
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Saturday: Creamy Maple Dijon Chicken with Bacon served with spinach salad
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
