Hi friends, I was away all weekend on a girl’s trip and unfortunately came home sick. Please forgive me for this shorter Menu Plan Monday post today as I take some time to rest. But first let me leave you with a beautiful picture of our retreat location. This was our view from the dining hall. Isn’t that stunning? And then on Saturday it started to snow. Here’s what a difference a day can make.
Have a great week everyone!!!!
My Weekly Menu Plan:

I’ve been there! Love their chapel and the quiet time I have been able to have there (and the fellowship around their big fire). We moved to BC new6 and I am sad that I will probably never go back.

Thank you friend for checking on me, I’m still pretty sick. With these immune suppressing drugs I’m on my body is having a hard time fighting the virus I guess.

I’m saving this. I’ve become such a menu planner hoarder, but they are seriously saving my grocery bill
