Hi friends, welcome to a brand new shiny week. I don’t have much to share this week as June is our busy month here in Canada as the kids only have a couple weeks left of school. I just can’t wait until they are done so I can have my ducklings home with me again and we can sleep in!
Oh my goodness, this recipe for Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad is dynamite. I seriously could eat this every single day. I subbed in gluten free pasta for those that might be wondering. So so so good and quick and easy too which makes me super happy :)
I’ll also be doing some baking for an event this week and I decided I’m going to try out these Double Chocolate M&M Brownies. I figured the kids would love them for sure!
As you can see I’ve got another simple week planned. No need to spend loads of time in the kitchen to get a delicious meal on the table!

Wednesday: Crockpot Sausage Penne Bake with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Spinach (missed from last week)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Quick Homemade Pizza
Saturday: Baked Chicken Drumsticks with Rosemary served with mashed potatoes and corn
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own)
