Friday’s Featured Favorites: Closets, Mudrooms and Procrastination
Hi friends, how are you? We’ve had a busy week of Vacation Bible School around here and I think I could use a really long nap :)
I’ve decided to start a new weekly feature on Fridays to help me solve a dilemma that I’ve been trying to figure out. As you know every two months (or so) I did a post with a long list of my favorite organizing links. I usually had about 20 to 25 links to share in one big long list and then invited readers to link up with their own organizing links of love. However now I do a collaborative organizing link up with other organizing bloggers at the end of every month called Organize It! and readers are invited to link up their organizing links to that one now. So I didn’t want to be running multiple organizing links up each month as that is a little repetitive but I still wanted a place to highlight some of my favorite organizing links from around blogland. So this is where I welcome you to my Friday’s Featured Favorites.
Each Friday I’m going to share maybe 5 or 6 of my favorite organizing links PLUS I’ll also share anything else I deem to be a favorite of mine that week. Some of my favorite posts that others write are the ones where they share their favorite things. I love seeing what products other people go crazy for and often purchase things from those recommendations. So each Friday I’m going to do the same by sharing what I’m loving on each week. Sometimes they’ll be organizing related, sometimes they won’t. I’ll try to keep it short and sweet but we’ll see how that goes..ha!
Friday’s Featured Favorites
My favorite links for this week are:
Kids Closet Organization @ Slippers by Day
A Simple Game to Help Kids Pick Up @ Home Sanctuary
No Mudroom? No Problem! Go Vertical! @ An Inviting Home
Super Simple Storage Solution @ Charming Zebra
A Well Organized Utility Closet @ Lookie What I Did (shown above)
How to Never Procrastinate Again @ Get Organized Wizard
What I’m loving:
After a busy week like I’ve had chocolate is my friend. Right now I’m loving Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Thins at only 100 calories each. Gives me a fix without going over board. Yum!
I am not a sun worshiper but I do love how great a tan looks. That’s where these Tan Towels are the perfect alternative. These wipe on so easily (seriously easy!!) and gives your skin a really nice color. I really love these and they are my best friend during the summer months. No streaking or anything. I buy mine off the Shopping Channel here in Canada and they can be found on Amazon in the US.
What product are you loving this week?
Have a great weekend everyone!!
