Menu Plan Monday ~ October 29/12

Hi everyone! This is the daughter of the organizing junkie! My mom should have been home tonight to fill you in on her recipe plans, but her flight was delayed until later. Instead, she asked me to set up Menu Plan Monday and pick what we’re eating! My dad and I had a lot of fun with this. 😀 I’ll also let you in on a secret, my mom didn’t want stir fry because of all the vegetables. She’s such a good example for us all!

My Weekly Menu Plan:

Monday: Taco Biscuit Bake (missed from last week)

Tuesday: Ginger Veggie Stir Fry

Wednesday: Chicken Parmesan

Thursday: Leftover night

Friday: Pork Schnitzel

Saturday: Homemade pizza! (dough made in bread machine)

Sunday: You’re on your own!

  1. Have you tried Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix?? My husband adds sauteed onions in the mix, garlic powder and parmesan cheese. It is so yummy, quick and easy to make as well as inexpensive. Best part is, you can store the package in the pantry for future planning. It’s a family fave around my home. Happy organizing… Cheers.
