Menu Plan Monday ~ August 4th

I made it home today but I’m barely functioning.  Phew I am worn out, I just can’t keep up with those young’ins anymore.  However a big thanks to the three amazing cooks who cooked for us all week.  What an absolute treat!  Our head cook was 83 years old!  My gosh was I ever blown away by her commitment to the kids and her energy.  Unbelievable!

I so could have backed out of doing my menu planning this week and if it wasn’t for you guys it would have been so easy to.  I appreciate you showing up here each week to keep me on track because a few minutes today saves me tremendous grief all week.

So here we go:

Monday: Grilled Chicken Caesar Wraps

Tuesday: Shredded Beef Barbecue on buns

Wednesday: Hearty Spaghetti Sauce

Thursday: Leftover buffet

Friday: Creamy Chicken Rice Soup served with Cheddar Dill Biscuits

Saturday: Southwest Lasagna Rolls

Sunday: Going to a wedding!

Have a great week everyone!!

WHAT’S ON YOUR MENU?

Menu Plan Monday guidelines and banners are here.  Please remember to include spaces when writing in the Mr. Linky.  Thanks!
