in Kid Stuff,Monthly Round-up

It’s the last day of May! I almost forgot to put this up today. I’d love to see what you did with your kid’s rooms. Please link up below directly to your post showing both your before and after pictures. It can be the whole room or even just an area of it. Before and after pictures are inspiring so please link away and be entered to win this great prize from Lifeorganizers.com at the same time. To be eligible to win please link-up prior to Tuesday, June 3rd at noon pst. Thanks!

Are you wondering what the Monthly Round-Up is all about? Find out more here. Next month we start tackling the playroom and everything toy related. I know we did touch on this a bit when doing the kid’s rooms but I’d like to delve into it a little further. I’ll be taking link submissions as well for my Link-tastic posts so if anyone has any toy related posts they’d like to have featured send me an email!

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!

I’m still working on my daughter’s room, but I hope to be finished today, or tomorrow at the latest. If it wasn’t for this Round-Up her room would still be a mess.

Laura and all your fantastic friends/commenters, I couldn’t have found your organizing blog at a better time. I’ve let my household turn into a tip during the past year or so, thanks to (understandably) having a new baby and (not as understandable or excuseable) a lifelong procrastination habit. Recently I decided, enough is enough! The mess and confusion are driving me and hubby crazy, and it’s not fair to our kids to grow up in a totally disorganized, chaotic home. I’m so thankful for all of your tips and ideas — your commenters are smart cookies, too. I’ve been steadily, slowly improving our home situation over recent weeks, largely due to inspiration from this site. THANK YOU TO LAURA AND ALL OF YOU BRILLIANT LADIES! :)

We had fun cleaning the room together;) and were able to include some of our therapy while we did it!

Well, I got May and June mixed up! Oh well, at least my toy room/ is organized! Now to hit the bedrooms! It will actually be much easier to do the bedrooms since I’ve already done all the toys! :)

Check out my post about our play area. I’m so glad that you have it for June to complete.

I’m late posting, but I did it anyway! I finished the challenge knowing that I wasn’t eligible to win – just did it for the satisfaction. Hope you can take a look.
