Menu Plan Monday ~ Feb 4th

mpm12.jpg

Hello! Time to get busy menu planning for another week but first I must tell you about how much we enjoyed the Slow Cooked Dilled Pot Roast. It was really good which surprised me considering meat isn’t really my thing, but I didn’t mind this recipe at all. Of course it probably had something to do with all the creamy sauce that comes with it :)

So you all did pretty good with keeping spaces in your links last week. I think I only had to fix two. So let’s review just in case some missed it.

Mr. Linky rule when entering your link:

Without spaces, not good ~ Laura(menuplanmondayrocks)

With spaces, good ~ Laura (menu plan monday rocks)

Have a great and delicious week everyone!!

Here is what we’ll be eating:

Monday: Chicken Caeser Salad with Best Cheese Bread

Tuesday: Beer Braised Beef served over pasta

Wednesday: Soft tacos

Thursday: Mushroom Cheese Chicken served with Rosemary Red Potatoes

Friday: Homemade pizza

Saturday: Sausage Spaghetti Pie

WHAT’S ON YOUR MENU?

Menu Plan Monday guidelines are here.

Everyone’s menus look great. This week it’s quick and easy for me, since I’m not thinking so great, and we’re still trying to eat from the pantry/freezer.

It helps that It’s Shrove Tues and The Chinese New Year this week for Menu Planning too! :)

I was working on mine when I remembered that Lent begins this week. It was really nice to come here and see that there are others observing Lent. Can’t wait to check out their menus. I’m always looking for good Lenten meal ideas, cheeze pizza and fish sticks get alittle old towards the end! LOL!
