Menu Plan Monday ~ Dec 17th

Hello! I decided to do a bit of a festive banner for the holidays! Hard to believe Christmas is only a week away, yikes! My parents arrived safely today (they just made it out on time as Toronto is having a big storm right now and many flights were canceled) and now I feel like the holidays can really begin. It was fun to prepare my menu this week knowing my parents will be eating with us although somewhat stressful at the same time as I, of course, really want to impress them. Cooking doesn’t come naturally to me but this week I’m going to pretend it does!

If you are new to MPM this week please review the guidelines here before adding your link. Thanks and welcome!

So here is what I’ll be serving up this week:

Monday: Ravioli Chicken Casserole (I’ll be using turkey sausage instead)

Tuesday: Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker served with wild rice and broccoli and Pineapple Carrot Cake for dessert

Wednesday: 40 Clove Garlic Chicken served with rosemary red potatoes and frozen veggies

Thursday: Homemade pizza

Friday: Potluck Party ~ I’ll be bringing Creamy Red Potatoes

Saturday: Annual Christmas Fondue dinner!

You are all invited to stop by my open house.

WHAT’S ON YOUR MENU?

    The banner looks great!!

I love fondue!! I haven’t made it in a long time. I first had it while on my honey moon and fell in love!!

    Enjoy your parent’s visit!!

Sigh! I want to come over to eat at your house! Seriously, I’ve just lost all motivation for making my plan; if it weren’t for the yukky weather making multiple grocery trips in a week completely miserable, I wouldn’t have bothered even putting my silly plan together. But it really makes a difference!
