Oh I’m running late today, sorry folks. It was kid’s Christmas party and piano recital day. I’m so thankful for MPM as I’m sure I would have been tempted to skip doing a menu this week and then later I would have wondered why my week was so chaotic. This totally keeps me on track for my family. Thanks for coming by each and every week. You guys are the best!

Monday: Fajitas

Tuesday: Ranch Pork Chops served with rice and broccoli

Wednesday: Slow-Cooked Mac ‘n’ Cheese (I’ll probably add some sausage in as well)

Thursday: Leftover buffet

Friday: Pizza with wheat crust

Thank YOU for hosting this every week! Making my menu truly guides my week. Without it, we enter chaos. lol
I hope the recital was nice. I always wanted to learn the piano…

Your menu looks great. Fajitas are one of my favorites! Have a nice week!

Fajitas are my ultimate favorite! I wouldn’t have thought to make them at home, though; maybe I’ll try it soon! Chicken or beef?

Even when you are busy, you have probably thousands of menus and recipes at your fingertips through the past menu Mondays.

I don’t think any of us who know about this ever have an excuse to say “I have no clue what to make.” ;)

I’m trying this out for the first time this week :)

Thanks for a great idea and making it easier to find new recipes and menu planners out there!

Wow! I am so glad that one of my recipes made your menu planner. I think you will really like the pork chops. The dressing makes them taste yummy & hold their moisture a little better.

Happy Holidays to you & your family!

Hi! I have to get back into the swing of things…….life has been hard these past few months….our family has had a number of deaths…and life is still chaotic as ever, so this is my babystep to returning to normalcy!

I am so putting those ranch pork chops onto my MPM this week. That is when I ever get the MPM done and posted.

OOoo. That slow cook mac & cheese looks good. I’ll have to show it to the kid and get her take on it. It wouldn’t be worth it to cook if she’s not willing to eat it!

And thank you so very much for hosting MPM. It’s so easy for me to let the menu slip when I’m not feeling well or crazy busy (like everyone is this time of year) and then we end up eating take-out and/or fast food. Yuck! Participating in MPM makes me want to make a menu, makes me post a menu, makes me want to stick to it. So, thank you!

I opted out of MPM this week … I’m either too busy or too lazy or both!

Love looking at the menus that others post! For a while I thought I was the only one within 100 mi. radius who did them, and everyone I knew looked at me funny when I said I make them. Thanks for making me feel (almost) normal!
