Slow Cooking Thursday ~ Ham Tetrazzini

Hi everyone! Before I share this week’s delicious recipe with you I have some very good news. As many of you know, I use the Taste of Home line of cooking magazines all the time. I just love them. I especially love the Taste of Home’s Slow Cooker Classics special edition magazine that was available for only a short time earlier this year. I’ve mentioned it often. Well I just found out that this edition can be purchased directly from the Taste of Home website here! I highly recommend it to you. The recipes are all very easy and use everyday ingredients. None of this fancy schmancy stuff that you can’t pronounce or find anywhere. Go, go, go!!!

My slow cooking recipe this week comes from the above mentioned magazine and it is very good. It is called Ham Tetrazzini. I linked to it on one of my Menu Plan Mondays but just in case you missed it I’m providing the link again.

To collect more slow cooking recipes head on over to Sandra’s and you’ll find a list of other participants.

Enjoy!!

I’ve been a fan of Taste of Home for years. I definitely need to get this slow cooker edition. I’d cook dinner in my crockpot every night if I could! Thanks for the tip. :-)

I love tetrazzini and this looks good….hubby isn’t a fan of ham though, wonder if I could use something else?
My kids like ham though so it might be good for me to do for them sometime.

My mother-in-law gave me a subscription to Taste of Home when I was first married, and it really helped me learn to cook and put meals together for my husband. (I know he was thankful!) I haven’t checked into their mag in five years, but I’m going to have to look at their crockpot book!
