in Menu Plan Monday

Hello! Welcome to Menu Plan Monday. Do you plan a weekly menu? If so please share on your blog and add your link below. If you are just starting with menu planning you will get some great ideas by checking out the links!

Here is what I’m having this week:

Monday: Sausage, potato patties and steamed carrots
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Easy Teriyaki Chicken with rice and beans
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Creamy Beef and Pasta with broccoli
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Homemade pizza

Here is my favorite Slow Cooker book/magazine and one I use quite often. It was a special edition put out by Taste of Home earlier this year. I’m not sure if you can still buy it off the shelves anymore but you can probably get it from their website http://www.tasteofhome.com/.

Look forward to seeing what’s on your menu!

Laura

I LOVE Taste of Home and all of their different magazines, they’re wonderful.

Sounds like you’re having some yummy stuff this week :) Are you going to share the slow cooker recipes at all?

Yum, that slow cooker Beef and Pasta looks good! What kind of meat do you use? :)

I used to subscribe to TOH magazine, but haven’t in a while. I wish I had seen that supplement on the newstands, I bet it is good. I wonder if they have a new one out, I’ll have to look the next time I hit the store :)

Have a great week!

I have the “Best-Loved Slow Cooker Recipes” cookbook and LOVE IT. Easy, yummy and cheap recipes. I think I found this book at Sam’s for about $10 and it has more than paid for itself, in my opinion. Long Live the Slow Cooker!

I’ve got a big stack of slow cooker cookbooks, but the funny thing is that I mostly use a cheezy Pillsbury one. It’s great! Your week sounds tasty.

I really need to make it a point to work my slow cooker into my weekly menu. It’s just hard to do with my work schedule. But that creamy beef sounds gooooood!

Mine is just uploading as we speak.
I too would be glad for crockpot season if I could ever remember to reclaim mine from the church kitchen.

I’m a Taste of Home lover too! I just found your blog last week, and am enjoying it tremendously, because I’m very NOT an organizing junkie! ;)

I love Taste of Home too, and have every issue since the beginning.

I’m off to my blog now to post my menu. I plan from Thursday to Thursday, as that’s my shopping day.

Nice blog!

Ah, TOH – I may have to look at it. My slow cooker has earned a permanent spot on the kitchen counter.

Hi, I came over via Works-for-Me Wednesday and I love your Meal Plan Monday. It’s such a great idea. I’m going to contribute also, if you don’t mind.
