Hi friends! I feel like I’ve been complaining about the weather quite a bit lately with all the snow we’ve been getting dumped on us. And then God provides us with a hoarfrost and I’m just in awe of his wonder. Hoarfrosts only happen once and awhile and they are just stunning against a beautiful blue sky. There are a few more pictures of it on my Instagram page if you want to take a peek.
I also like to re-share here the link to any posts I’ve written in the previous week that have to do with menu planning and cooking. Just in case you missed it, last Friday I wrote all about getting your kids in the kitchen cooking because if you do, then by the time they are teens, they’ll be able to cook entire meals for YOU. Monday: Paleo Squash Soup
Tuesday: Grain Free Paleo Meatloaf served with rice and broccoli
Wednesday: Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs served with Oven Roasted Potatoes
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Pizza Party Friday Night with 5 minute homemade pizza dough and for me Pan-Seared Cod in White Wine Tomato Basil Sauce
Saturday: One-Skillet Balsamic Sausage, Asparagus & Mushrooms
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
