Recipe Highlight:
Two recipes that I made last week turned out awesome, I was so happy. The first one, Slow Cooker Lasagna, I was a little worried about going in as I’ve never made lasagna in the slow cooker before plus I was using oven-ready gluten-free lasagna noodles. You never know how that is going to go. I threw it together at lunch time and four hours later it was ready to eat. It was so good! Sorry for the not so great pictures though.
Menu Planning Resource:
I found another good one for you this week. If getting dinner on the table is a struggle for you then this idea might really work for you. Janell over at Saving Your Dinero has put together 10 Chicken Crock Pot Freezer Recipes for you to prepare and freeze ahead of time and then when you need dinner you just dump the bag into the slow cooker and be on your way. She even includes the shopping list. Check it out.
My Weekly Menu Plan:
Monday: Fluffy Gluten Free Pancakes that I’ll make green of course for St. Patrick’s Day served with some green jello for dessert 🙂
Tuesday: Slow Cooker Honey Baked Ham served with potatoes and corn
Wednesday: Easy Crock Pot BBQ Ribs (love this recipe, it is a family favorite!)
Thursday: Leftover buffet
Friday: Hawaiian Pita Pizzas
Saturday: Chicken, Broccoli and Rice Casserole
Sunday: YOYO (you’re on your own!)
Have a super organized week everyone 🙂

Both of those slow cooker recipes look delicious – I want to try them right away. I’m so glad spring is about to be here even if it doesn’t look like it. If the sun is brighter, sooner or later it has to warm up and melt the snow for good!

I love this idea! So often we ask, what should we have for dinner? With the usual “I don’t know” response which usually ends up in us ordering out. This is a much more organized and budget friendly way of planning what’s for dinner!
