Hey friends, here we are in November already and as of today there are only 46 days left until Christmas. Don’t panic yet! The key to an organized Christmas is advance planning and this year I’m going to make it so easy for you to do just that. I have wanted to offer you a holiday planner of my own for so long and am so excited that this is the year!
Wouldn’t it be nice to have a holiday season that isn’t chaotic and overwhelming? Guess what? You totally can! Overwhelm comes when we try to keep track of all there is to do in our head rather than on paper. That’s where these planner printables are going to make life so much easier for you by giving you a designated spot for all the many things that we need to remember at this time of the year. Wait till you see this awesome holiday planner, these printables are so practical yet pretty and sparkly too!
Gosh you have no idea how happy this makes me. To know that you’ll have everything you need for an organized, peaceful Christmas makes me just giddy with delight! All you need is a holiday binder that is going to keep you on track every step of the way. Are you in? Let’s go!
In this holiday planner printable pack, you’ll get the following pages to help keep you organized and sane during such a busy holiday season:

Here’s a few close up. I love the sparkly festive red color and I hope it helps get you in the mood for planning!
How to set up a holiday planner
Holiday Planner Binder:
Get yourself a binder…I like the ones that you can slip a cover and spine printable behind the clear plastic. I also prefer a 2 inch binder as I like space to keep all the recipes I use at Christmas so everything is in one place. I’ll link to the kind I use below.
Holiday Planner Printables:
Print off all the fabulous printables HERE and add them to your binder. Get your bonus sleeve printable HERE. If you have trouble printing the bonus, ensure that you select “print as image” under your advance printer options and it should print fine.
There are a variety of sizes available depending on the size of your binder.
Holiday Planner Dividers:
Using some page dividers, divide your planner into sections to make it easier to find what you need. I keep the calendar pages in the front pocket as these are working documents that get pulled out and used often. You can read more about my Christmas calendar planning method that totally works HERE.
Here are my Amazon affiliate links for quick reference if you are interested. These links help support my site as I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Now it’s time to fill it all in. Keep it simple, this is meant to help you, not complicate your life. Get your whole family involved especially with the calendar planning. And remember, once you have your holiday planner set up, it’s something you’ll be able to use year after year. You’ll only need to switch out the calendars. Sweet!
Don’t panic, plan it!
Let me know if you have any questions and I’d be happy to help. Now is the time to get organized for the holidays so come December we can feel a little less overwhelmed and can spend more time hanging out with our friends and family. You might still have some rushing around to do but at least your plan will be in place and you’ll know exactly what needs to be done. Yes, you’ve got this girl!
I’d be so grateful if you’d please share and PIN this image below so everyone else can have an organized Christmas too!

Beautiful and look like they will be quite helpful. This does kind of make me want to run back to bed and hide under the covers though. How did the holidays get so complicated? Thank you for getting me moving on this!

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This is going to look so much better than my notebook paper and different colors of ink to designate years. You gave us plenty of room for the address and the little section for notes is a great idea. Every year I think I’ll get my cards ready early. I will do my best to make it happen this year with your help.
Laura Wittmann says
Thank YOU Diane for your encouragement. I’m so happy to provide this resource for my readers.

I love these printables!! Thank you so much for posting. 🙂 I was wondering if there’s a way to print them out in the A5 planner size? I saw where it said other sizes were available but I can’t figure it out. Again thank you so much!!!
Laura Wittmann says
I don’t have other sizes available Cindy but I’m wondering if you can resize them using your printer and the advance options on there? Please let me know if it works.

No affiliate links here, simply access the printables under the heading Holiday Planner Printables…the direct links are in blue and on the word HERE. Hope that makes sense.

Stephanie says
Hi, thank you for coming up with this planner! I love the look of it! I’d like to print this out in A5, maybe two to a sheet, but was wondering how I could resize it. Could you help me out here, please?
Kindly, Stephanie
Laura Wittmann says
Hi Stephanie, I think if you play with the settings on your printer, you should be able to print two sheets to a page. Every printer is different though so I’m not entirely sure. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help. Laura
