Welcome to another edition of Menu Plan Monday! I’m so glad you’re here. Together we can help each other create and stick to our weekly menu plans. The hardest part for me is finding and choosing the recipes especially when we deal with so many different food restrictions in our house. However sitting down each week to make up a weekly meal plan allows me to only have to think about it ONCE during the week and then I’m done. I can’t imagine having to wake up every day and ask myself what’s for dinner. So rather than spend time every day stressing thinking about what’s for dinner, I do it once on Sundays and then I’m off the hook for the rest of the week. Whew!
Today is Family Day here in Alberta along with some of the other provinces in Canada. So it means the kids are off school and hubby is off work so we are going to hang out and enjoy some fun family time together.
